After being declined by our bank we asked a few friends how they got their loan and they recommended Ash. We were really scared applying for a second time as we didn’t want to get declined again. After meeting Ash we regained the confidence to try again. He explained the process in simple terms that we could understand and possible reasons why we were declined originally. It was amazing to see the different options that Ash presented and how each bank differed. If we didn’t reach out to Ash we wouldn’t of applied for a loan for a few years, instead we were able to purchase our first property in just a short time. Couldn’t recommend anyone else but Ash!
